Questions
What is the limit on building patients?
The Pro authoring cap is 20 patients a month, and it counts every build — including one that fails its checks, because that run still costs us the generation. Building a patient takes about 3–6 minutes. If you need more than 20 in a month, email [email protected] before you subscribe rather than after.
Buying for other people
Seats are the same per-person price, billed to you: create a group, buy seats, and share the join link. One of the seats is yours — five seats covers you and four members — and the rest cover your members in the order they join.
Buying seats also turns on the group's management tools — case assignment with due dates and reminders, email invitations, and the results dashboard. A group without seats still works for sharing: members join by the link and treat the patients you share, free.
If someone in your group already pays for their own subscription, they don't use one of your seats while it lasts. Their subscription is theirs — it runs to the end of its paid period, and a seat picks them up the moment it ends. They're never charged twice, and as long as your seats reach them, they never lose a day.

Adding or removing people later
Say you buy 5 seats on March 3rd. You're charged for 5 seats that day, and your next bill is April 3rd.
On March 18th someone else joins, so you add a 6th seat. You're not charged that day. On April 3rd you're billed for 6 seats for the coming month, plus about half a month for the 6th seat — the part of March they were covered for.
Removing a seat works the same way in reverse: you're credited for the days you didn't use, and it comes off your next bill.
Nothing is ever charged at the moment you change seats. Everything settles on your normal billing date.
